Union Activities and Other Work Experience

I have worked in the tourism industry since 1998 and therefore have decades of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. I have worked with clients and partners from various backgrounds, which has taught me to assess and understand their needs and preferences in the market, as well as to seize opportunities efficiently.

I have been active in community work, including participation in parent associations in schools. There, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with other parents, teachers, and administrators to improve and develop the education and upbringing of our children. I have taken part in various projects and activities that have been important to our community and hope to continue applying this experience in the future.

For the past two years, I have served on the board of VR, where I have had the opportunity to engage in strategic planning and decision-making. In this role, I have gained valuable leadership experience and insight into how to safeguard the welfare and rights of VR members.

Key Focus Areas

My primary focus is on the interests of VR members, as I believe that is the foundation of everything we work toward in the VR board. As individuals, we must ensure that it is always possible to build independent and strong living conditions. People need to be able to work for fair wages, with respect and equality, and in a way that allows them not just to survive, but to live with dignity and satisfaction.

I also want to emphasize the important role VR can play in bridging cultural differences and strengthening unity within our society. We are all different, with our own backgrounds and experiences, but we are all working together to build a future for ourselves, our families, and our children. Our children—the future—learn from us how to treat one another, and we must set a good example.

I want to ensure that young people’s voices are heard more than ever before. It is crucial that we give younger generations the opportunity to participate in decision-making and shape a society based on equality and solidarity. Young people face new challenges in the labor market, and it is essential that we protect their rights and ensure they have opportunities to grow and thrive in their careers.

Equality issues are very important to me. We need to create a society where everyone has equal access to opportunities and rights, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, origin, or other social factors. I want to continue advocating for equality in all its forms, both in the workplace and in society as a whole.
