The Icelandic authorities have issued a ban on mass gatherings, of 100 people or more, as of Monday March 16 for a period of four weeks. The ban also stipulates that people maintain a certain distance from one another.

A gathering ban is unprecedented in Iceland and as of this moment we do not have answers to all questions on the effects on members´ rights on the labour market. We will publish all information as soon as it becomes available, perhaps though not until next week.
