Blær Housing Foundation apartments total 36 and are divided between two new multi-family buildings located near a beautiful outdoor area in Úlfarsárdalur, Reykjavík. One of the buildings is located at Skyggnisbraut 21-23 and is a five-story building with an elevator and 24 apartments. The other building, with 12 apartments, is located at Silfratjórn 1-3 and Gæfutjörn 18. It is planned to hand over 24 apartments on Skyggnisbraut to Blær members at the end of December 2024 and 12 apartments on Silfra- and Gæfutjörn at the beginning of February 2025.

Apartment sizes: 52 – 57 sqm

The 2-room apartments have similar layouts. One bedroom with a sliding door, an entrance hall, an open area with a kitchen, and a bathroom. Storage space is shared on the floor. There is a closet in the entrance hall and a wardrobe in the bedroom. Balconies/private use areas face south into the garden. There is a compartment for a washing machine and dryer in a closet in the entrance hall.
3-room apartments

The 3-room apartments have similar layouts. All are corner apartments. Balconies/private use areas face south into the garden.
